Q: How is Sunrise different from other energy drinks or shots?

A: Most energy drinks are loaded with large amounts of caffeine, sugar, and other substances that deliver a quick boost of energy. Sugar and fructose, both found in energy drinks, spike your insulin level briefly, which means an infusion of energy; but this surge is short lived.
